Who are we?

Curriculum and Quality Solutions Ltd is a private training provider. We work in partnership with Gateway Qualifications to provide a range of accredited and non-accredited training solutions.
 

What do we collect and how do we use it?

Online forms – any information you send via the communication options on this website including our online forms (for example, on the Contact Us page or via our Special Offers) is used to provide you with information on our training services and to give you the opportunity to save money via any available discounts. We also use these to respond to any questions you have.

Information about how visitors and clients use our website (most and least visited pages, how long a visitor stays on a page) is used to improve the website experience and also to help determine if we are providing effective communication to our clients and visitors. This uses a system called Google Analytics, enabled through the use of cookies which also support other features of this website (please see Use of cookies section below). It does not collect personally identifiable information.
 

How long do we keep your information?

We review our retention periods for personal information on a regular basis. We are legally required to hold some types of information to fulfil our statutory obligations (for example, registration and award information if you decide to do some training through the company). We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as is necessary for the relevant activity, or as long as is set out in any relevant contract you hold with us.

Partnership agreements: We work closely with Gateway Qualifications to bring you a range of quality and reliable qualifications and training services which can be tailored to meet your needs. When you sign up to one or more of these products, we have to share data with Gateway Qualifications to register you against the qualification or training session and to allow them to provide a certificate on successfully completing the qualification.
We may transfer your personal information to a third party as part of a sale of some or all of our business and assets to any third party or as part of any business restructuring or reorganisation, or if we’re under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation or to enforce or apply our terms of use or to protect the rights, property or safety of our supporters and customers. However, we will take steps with the aim of ensuring that your privacy rights continue to be protected.
